1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of our mobile tyre fitting services. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
- "Company" refers to Martin Tyres.
- "Customer" refers to the individual or entity using the services provided by the Company.
- "Service" refers to mobile tyre fitting and emergency roadside tyre fitting services provided by the Company.
- "Agreement" refers to these terms and conditions.
3. Services Provided
The Company provides mobile tyre fitting services for a wide range of vehicles, including cars, vans, caravans, and trailers. The services include tyre replacement, repair, and emergency roadside assistance.
4. Booking and Confirmation
- Customers can book services via phone, email, social media or the Company’s website.
- Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by the Company via phone or email.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices for services will be provided at the time of booking.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service, except for emergency same-day callouts and some other callouts, where payment may be required upfront. This will be advised during booking.
- We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods as agreed upon at the time of booking. Cash is not accepted.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Customers can cancel or reschedule bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee.
- Emergency callouts cannot be cancelled, and a callout fee will still be charged.
- Refunds are only issued in cases where the Company is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- The Customer must provide accurate information regarding the vehicle and tyre requirements.
- If the Customer provides an incorrect location, the booking will be cancelled and the Customer may be charged the full amount.
- The Customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible and in a safe location for the service to be performed.
- If the location is deemed dangerous (e.g., motorways, dual carriageways, single carriageways) or if the booking is made less than 24 hours in advance, it is at the fitter’s discretion whether the fitting will proceed.
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring payment is made upon completion of the service.
8. Liability
- The Company will take all reasonable care while providing the services. However, the Company is not liable for any damage to the vehicle or property unless caused by the negligence of the Company or its employees.
- The Company is not responsible for any delays or failures in providing the services due to circumstances beyond its control, such as severe weather, traffic conditions, or other emergencies.
9. Service Limitations
- If the locking wheel nut cannot be removed or the wheel nuts are too tight, our fitter will abort the fitting.
- If any wheel nuts or the locking wheel nut key break while being removed or installed, the Company will not be responsible for the damage caused.
- the wheels cannot be removed from the hub, our fitter will abort the fitting.
10. Warranty
- All tyres and services provided by the Company come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty.
- The Company will not be responsible for any issues arising from misuse or improper maintenance of the tyres by the Customer.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
- The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing the services and will not be shared with third parties without the Customer’s consent.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via the Company’s website or email.
